    Hello this is the first step for me.
    Things are not so great, about three k of debt and I have just lost my job, but I want to sort it out, I have to stop running away.

    HI welcome I know how you feel.:eek: Lost my job 5th jan but just managed to get a new one start next week not half as much as I was getting but still more than JSA and beggars can't be choosers :) The folks on here are amazingly helpful and keep you going with lots of good advice and challenges to help:T good luck with the debts and the job hunting

    ORIGINAL MORTGAGE AMOUNT £106,454.00 (Started Sept 2007)
    NOV 2021 O/S AMOUNT £1,694.41 OUR DEBT REDUCED BY £104,759.59 by std regular, over-payments & off-setting.
    BofE +0.19% Tracker Repayment Offset Mortgage Discounted Sept 07-10 then increased to BofE +0.62% until 2027
