Looks like they couldn't make it work keeping it free - but they invite you to stay on v3.x.x.x, v4.x.x.x is where it goes premium0 -

LiveZilla 3.x was free and remains free. You can use it for free as long
as you like to.
However, LiveZilla 4.x is not free anymore. If you like to update, you
would need to buy a license (starting at 69€).

just found out that livezilla is not going to provide any updates to the 3.x branch, which means if the dev has stopped, then remaining with the software is moot0
