Hi same happened to me and I phoned up to place order and had no problems. Told to note down my order number and take into store where I would have to pay the remaining balance when I collected.

Just ordered a black footmuff from the sale that was £25 with discounts and my card now only £10, so pleased :j

Used my voucher instore this morning - worked fine plus they have 10-20% off a lot of things which started today and runs until Sunday so even better

Thanks to the OP, my cousin is due to have a baby girl on 31st Dec so that's come in really handy! It works on the sale items too so I got a super cute all-in-one, a pair of booties and a cute hat for £10.80 delivered for free to store, fab! :j

Thanks you Op I have had one of these before although M&Ps can be a tad on the expensive side with the £10 off I will get a lovely xmas gift, I love the sheep with the light up tummy, I bought one of these for GD2 and will be getting another one for GD3 for their first Christmas.
