Mine arrived today via email (applied yesterday). It states that it can be used online or printed off and used instore or you can call to order. Min spend of £20 & is valid for 30 days.

Thanks OP, was emailed mine today but it isn't working.. even on a £20 + spend it says

" The following errors occured:

• We were unable to validate you payment details. Please contact our home shopping team on 0845 606 7772 to complete your order."

and when I check the balance it states the same thing...

It happens sometimes. Just call them and tell them to validate your card.

Same happened to me.

You can also click on "contact us" and fill in the form telling them to validate your gift card. Try again after 2 days and It should be working.

Thanks OP - great bargain find. Just placed my order, soft shoes reduced from £18 to £7, sleeping bag reduced from £36 to £16. Free delivery to store, thanks to the £10 voucher a grand total of £13 for goods worth £54. Very pleased!
