I did it today the 6 4 1 but got it all wrong !!

Transaction 1

i just picked up 6 of teh suncare range and put it through the till. I had to pay £12 as that was the most expensive item. I was so keen to test this that I didn't even really take much notice of what I got ! earned 77p or something in points and got my £5 voucher.

Tansaction 2
I tried mixing three suncare items with 3 No 7 Refine and Rewinds (which I love) but the No 7 RR only went through as 2 4 3. So I told the woman to refind as I had changed my mind !!

Transaaction 3
I picked up 3 of the face suncare bags @ £20 and 3 of te suntan body bags @ £25. Went as 6 4 1 so only £25 to pay BUT I paid using my points and wasn't allowed to use the £5 voucher. I SHOULD have paid cash, would have earned myself some points and got a new vouchers.

Cupboards are now full but I dont know if I will use much of this stuff !!

I want to take some of the gift bags back since they are sealed and there is no way I could have used them but 1) she didn;t give me a receipt for transaction 3 and 2) my other half thinks that is taking things a bit too far !!!

Just got back from Meole Brace boots again, got some reduced Botanics clay for £1.99, and a free eye moisturiser (£6.99), and some frizz ease curl serum for 79p, total of 5.29 total before £3 voucher, so voucher

Hair spritz were there, 3, so I took 2, and got soem makeup wipes for mum, took them to the till with voucher, £6 total, then voucher... and she refused to give me another voucher because I only spent £1 cash! So I explained the other SA just gave me one, and showed her the receipt, and she said "she wasn't meant to do that" and I gave up, there was a long queue.

When I got back, I called Customer services to ask how the vouchers worked, and apparently, if you use a voucher, and the amount left to pay is less than £5 after that, you're not meant to have a voucher!

So...
Total spend - £3.78
Points earnt- 387
Items purchased - 6 :D:D

Just need to buy more no7 vouchers and get rid of £3 haircare ones now

hi ive been doing the 641 on the glossy locks and sun face creme stuff but i havent seen the above on the sun care stands... are these on a different stand? ie with the normal face stuff? id like some of these as ive now got 24 boxes of sun face creme and also 24 of glossy locks :rotfl: :rotfl: i need somethig different!!

Just on the stand beside other suncare items at my big local store, maybe some stores dont stock it as they dont have any in my local wee store!

The botanics offer ends on tuesday.

Hope sonee gets back soon to let us know how she went on with the parenting voucher as payment for 6 x suncare sets that should be £24.50 each.

The best way to work the 6 for 1 offer is to get all 6 items at the same price. Today I got;

No7 suncream factor 15 £11-50
No7 suncream factor 8 £11-50 (free as bogof)
No7 suncream factor 15 £11-50
No7 aftersun £9-50 (free as bogof)
No7 aftersun £9-50
No7 body buffer £5-50 (free as bogof)
Then till deducted £11-50 as it was 3 for 2
and also deducted £5-50 as that was 3 for 2

Also got botanics waffle thing £1-50
botanics pore perfection cream £4-99 (free)

Also tony & guy shampoo £4-99

Paid with £5-00 No7 voucher and £3-00 hair voucher leaving £13-99 to pay, also used 100 points from mag.

As you can see the £5-50 was deducted twice leaving me to pay for the dearer items - not complaining though as receipt says I saved £56-49 today so a wonderful bargin. :T
