Just a quickie .....

I was in Boots yesterday ..... :shocked: :rotfl:

I bought some chewable Vitamin C tablets, 60 at £1.75 ...... The cashier was very chatty, (me and my friend were the only customers at the till at the time), saying how she had been warned about having time off for having a cold, despite having a sick note, and was looking for another job away from Boots !!!!

anyway, the transaction went through using my £1 voucher out of the green Change One Thing booklet - but it was only later I realised she hadnt used the 100 points voucher !!!! :doh:

So my question is, if I take them back, and say about this, (a) will they believe me if I take my receipt to prove when I bought them, and (b) would they allow me to use another voucher out of another magazine, in order to get the 100 points ??

Although the tablets will come in handy, one of the main reasons for me getting them was to get the 100 points .......

I'm in the same situation, been using my card for weeks now on a variety of things but when using the ACM all i get is a free prize draw to Australia

Have used different stores ACMs and e-mailed Boots with same response as you got. Maybe we have to be patient and grit our teeth while reading about all these offers we're missing :eek:

I agree with you completely - twice now I haven'y been given vouchers when I should have - I complained the first time to CS and got 800 points, but I'm wary of contacting them again incase they think I'm just trying my luck...think I might just go back inot the branch with my receipt today instead

Anyone managed to successfully use the 250 points voucher out of the burgandy bag on any NO7 items? If so what store please and what items did it work on? I tried to use it on a reduced NO7 box set in the small store in Princes St but it didn't work. Manager said it was because it was a reduced item and previously a gift. Sigh...

I used it against the no7 suncare & it worked fine, this was at the weekend though.

I managed the 641 on No7 suncare last night in Sheffield. I very nice SA saw me looking at the shelves and told me that if I bought 3 I would only have to pay for 1. She said head office had messed up and that, as we know, both the 342 and bogof would work. She said that there was nothing they could do to change it until Jan 30th so looks like the offer should work until then!

They had taken down the bogof signs though, so they werent advertising the fact that the offer was on.

Also got some reduced botanics mens shaving gel down to £1.37 x2 with free body sculpting cream. Bargain!
