I kmow what you mean about it not working but you have every hope as it hasworked with most people. My heart pounds when I'm at the till and my OH thinks I'm sad/mad (actually both!!lol!)

I will go back tomorrow though as i didnt realise it was 2 suncare and 1 other no7 that it works with as well:T
Somebody probably tried to explain it to me in a previous post but it was late and now i cant even find my post from 3 days ago as there so many new ones:D

Woooo!!! Boots offer convert here! Tried it, and success! Not a huge range of suncare things, but had the 5.50 items (hair spritz thing and the shimmering lip/eye screen) which, apart from the little zip bag things of mini products, is what i was after! all worked fine too... tho i admit i added a couple of other make up items to my basket too just to bump up the final price so it wouldnt be horribly noticable. going back tomorrow for another go! thanks all!

I have been a bit paranoid about the points thing. Sat reading the temp. advantage card terms and conditions the other day and it says about misuse of the points thing will result in them taking the card off you.(somthing like that) Now although it is not really misuse as they are giving them to us via the various promotions It did put the willies up me a bit.

Then I was wondering if they can through our cards see our purchases?? Now that would be scarey although again not our fault - we are not stealing - we pay the price at the till.

And yes all this phoning up to get extra points could get out of hand.

My first suncare haul, although I handed her the voucher for some reason it did not go through. But who am I to complain?? I really do not feel like going back and showing my face and the receipt together asking for another £5 off!! (Although really....:rotfl: )

It does work but you can only hand over 1 per transaction.

I dont use my boots card every time as I dont want them to know how much Ive bought

LOL pingua - i know what you mean especially when i rang up to get the points put on and they said 'yes, you did 4 transactions....350 points on this one...51 on that one...etc' so im presuming they can see all the details too :eek:

Well I was wondering if they could see the details so thanks for letting me know.(don't think I will be complaining then)

LOL!! I noticed my neck had turned all blotchy when I glanced in the mirror on tuesday in boots (while the SA went to get her supervisor) now that was embarssing:o :rotfl:
Thats what this boots pressure does to us!!

Yeah 2 suncare and other no.7 works as well. I have got a couple of those quick thinking all in one wipes which are really good. Also the eye make remover is good too. I think some one mentioned it had won some award??!!
