On a different vain the Sanctuary 3 42 offer will be finishing in the next two weeks as Boots will instead be offering a free gift set worth £10 with 2 full priced Sanctuary products.

Ohhhhhhh This sounds good. Any idea what is in it/what it looks like? Whats the cheapest way to get this? Gosh, sorry for all the questions... Getting quite excited!! LOL

I saw a couple in Croydon Boots, downstairs, the other day and in Bromley.
Not a lot of choice though.

Right here is a problem I am hoping you experienced lot can help with.

I went online and made an order for £124 for all baby stuff, first things first I got address wrong for delivery (want it to go to sisters) so i phoned up and he said (CS) dont panic,I have cancelled this order for you just re-order so this I did and correct address was applied so another £124 spent.

I have just gone online and it appears that the orders are showing up,if they cancelled first one then surely it should say so. This was cancelled at 6pm.

Funny thing is though the second one I have ordered I have had no e-mail confirmation but the first order (one i dont want) I got e-mail within minutes, please can someone help because i am sitting here thinking I am going to have £248 coming out of my bank account.

    Second query:

I earnt 995 points because it is 8 points in the pound (double points) and I had code for 500 points over £50 spend which i put in the correct place, the items were all baby items but the points didnt show the extra 500 can someone enlighten me on this too

    Thanks in anticipation

Bex - phone cuatomer service . It might be that the order system is on a 24 hour update- it takes ages for Boots to deliver stuff so you have plenty of time to cancel plus they are a bit slow with taking the money. I ordered something last friday and it was only despatched tuesday and money out my account yesterday,

I dont know what the gift is only that you need to buy TWO full priced Sanctuary items ( so no dodgy dealings here with our face masks ! lol ) and that the items in it are supposedily worth £10. Also that the items to be purchased do not apply to footcare products. It is part of the mothers day promotions, where there will also be other offers.
  • I hate using the online service, I ordered some stuff 21/01/07 and it hadnt arrived by last week so i phoned and ask where my parcel was. Chap on the phone told me it had been refunded onto my card on the 26/01/07 as it had been returned damaged. WHY hadnt i been told???? Nice chap on the fone gave me 500 points though :-)
