I must say, I came across the meanest SA today - I was browsing for things to buy to get my free wrap and the loveliest old lady was talking to the SA. She was really proud that she'd managed to walk all the way into town from the park, which is about 2 miles. She had a walking stick and was telling the SA that she had just been diagnosed with arthritis and was trying to keep active (I'm a physio student and this must have been a MAJOR achievement for the lady). The SA cut her conversation with the lady really short and turned her back to her, then when the dejected lady walked away, she was really mean about her to another SA behind her back :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: I wanted to hit her - really I did. :mad:

How upseting!
Last sunday in brum there was this little old darling trying to pay with her visa and the SA was asking her to put security code... the old lady did not understand. I had to chip in and told the SA: is evident that the lady has a cheque book can you do something about it... in the end she did and the little old lady was lovely ... she gave me a kiss. Sweet

That is very upsetting, did you notice her name badge by any chance or purchase anything from her to get her name from the reciept. SA's are kept in jobs by the public and should make an effort to smile and listen no matter what is going on i their lives. Things like this make my blood boil. Did you/can you report her to the manager?
