The Lee Stafford Poker Straight stuff is great for keeping your hair tame & straight, i have used the shampoo, conditioner & a de-humidifying spray, love them all

I agree with Kirst, I'd say the Lee Stafford range was the best. The poker straight flat iron protection mist smells divine too :D Also the dehumidifying spray is good too.

As you all well know - buy any botanics item and get a mosituriser free. Good deal, needed some botanics stuff and needed a new moisturiser.

Didnt like the first one i got, was too greasy, tried another and really liked it. So got a few more bits to get some more moisturisers when they were on offer.

I noticeed yesterday that my face now has white lumps (think prickly heat but not red) all over it, and its the bloody moisturiser.

But will I be able to take them back for an exchange [happily for a diff free moistriser that i can actually use!!] or will Boots just think Im being funny because I got them free with the other botanics product?

Id probably leave it if it was just one, but seems a shame to waste my supply!!

    Any advice?

Edit: my dad says it serves me right for being so bargain savvy!
defo an allergic reaction to somthing, but wonuldnt hold your breath getting a replacment from a different range, if you can email customer services and explain the problem ( might help to take some pics to email them to prove your not just after extra points) see what they say:confused:

:( im so gutted it made my skin really nice. i wouldnt even mind an exchange for a body moisturiser - i dont really expect a different range!! [altho the sanctuary would be great!!] i dont think that would be fair. its not even a "get your money back" scenario - cos it was free....but i just feel like its a waste of 4 moisturisers!

i could take pics but you cant see it, its like prickly heat without the colour, so its more of a texture thing. .... maybe its also why ive had a raging headache for days?? weird! think they should know anyway!

think boots are going to be able to spot all these bargainhunters now

  • Placed another order at Boots.com as lots back in stock in the 75% sale - very little chance of seeing it at 90% off in store so am more than happy with 75% off instead

However what a fight to KEEP things in your basket until checkout

Everytime I updated my order SOMETHING had vanished - thought I'd got a £4.50 Lonsdale bag but it vanished - same with £3.75 Wagamama cookbook.....£4 Nivea washbag

Still if I didn't get them some other bargain hunter did so it's best not to be too greedy - I got Mark Hill £2.50 kit at long last past the checkout stage :D

If anyone is looking for small items to get total up for free delivery I can highly recommend the MOTHER OF PEARL photo frames at £1.50 (were £6). There is no picture of them but I just gambled on a couple last time and when they came they were very nice, heavy silver frames with a mosaic inlay of mother of pearl. Very classy for £1.50 :D

    Hi

Just to say that the new No7 Summer gift selections are in store, similar to last year. There is a bag with skincare products for £20, eye palette etc. for £15, nail kit for £12 and lip glosses in tubes for, I think, £12. Can't find them online to show pictures.

I don't know if these will work with the £5 voucher as it says not with gift sets but they will qualify for the free gift.
