Finally did the 6 for 1 today was a little nervous though, paid at Pharmacy but the funny thing was the assistant took my advantage card away to see if any points offers in advantage machine for me for total spend, I think she was genuinely trying to help me as i was struggling with a pushchair and basket and having a bad back, hope she wasn't reporting my asvantage card no to HO or anything. My sis wasnts some now as don't sell it in her small local Boots so off i go again.

No Vouchers though today and spent quite a lot of money

Gutted . but still happy about the 6 for 1

really you should have a go,some of the SAs dont bat an eyelid, some look confused but do the transaction anyway and some actively encourage it! just look for a friendly looking SA!
  • Total panic today !!!!

Went for my little Bootsing trip - came out with some bargains, didnt manage to snaffle much from the 90% off though, but never mind.......

Going to go back in later for a reduced price sandwich to take to college with me and ............... OH NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wheres my Boots card??!!

Couldnt find it anywhere ......... I rang up the Advantage Card Customer helpline, and they are sending me a new card, put a cancel on my old card, and I won't lose my money on my card ....... :T :T :T :T

I tell you - I was having palpitations.....!!!!

What with that, and an SA having a word with another SA just before I approached the counter, and her looking at me (or am I just getting a touch paranoid??!!) I'm now in need of some serious Bootsing therapy to get me over the shock!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure!!
    ;) :rotfl: :rotfl:

Have been spending my £5 vouchers on myself- am spending the hair product ones on my daughter-have bought her the Sorbie shampoo and conditioner for hair that is straightened. She would also like some of the gloss shine stuff (I think she likes Lee Stafford but it doesnt matter) -I got completely confused in Boots today and even with my glasses on couldnt quite work out what was what. She doesnt want any repair type stuff or a spray that holds, just the shine stuff - can anyone recommend one or two from the ranges on offer? Many, many thanks
