i bought my 6 for 1, some botanics stuff and some other bits and pieces I needed. at the till the SA asked me if I had vouchers half way through my transaction, whic i thought was a bit strange...gave her them anyway. she rang everything through and told me how much it was, was a bit deaer than i expected it to be so i asked her if she'd put my vouchers through (hair and no7) she said yes and it was fine. walked away, looked at receipt, neither voucher been scanned. went back to the till and said voucher hasnt gone off. she tried to fob me off with "you've got a no7 hair gloss thats not cosmetic or skincare which is what the voucher says". told her she shouldnt have said she'd put them through if she had no intention of. she threw the vouchers back at me, i asked her to stop being funny with me and she said (and i quote) "your the one thats being funny, you cheapskate. havent you got enough money off what you've bought in there (pointing at my bags) without the vouchers. you cant have everything for nothing".

not impressed at all. being called a cheapskate in front of a queue of people is rather humiliating. think i will give up bootsing now!

Oh that's terrible, so sorry to hear that. I am prob off to Preston store this week so I will make sure they don't make me miss out. You should call CS and explain, they will prob give you extra points

Have just received £3/£5 vouchers from eBay - they're very crisp and new, no tears where an SA would have ripped it off .... do we think an SA is selling these on the side...?

Also, if they have not been scanned at the till, will they still work? If they don't should the SA override them?

They should still work i think......just look at the till when she is putting them through to double check they come off.

im going into boots at lunchtime, if there is any ill get you one, but there was only a couple left the other day when i was in, so no looking that promising!

Hi,

Just a question - someone said that in the Orange change one thing booklets (Look Good) there is a £1 off vitamins voucher. I picked up one of these - the little tiny ones - and the only vitamins voucher was for £5 off some expensive vitamin brand.

Am I missing something?

The vitamin vouchers for £1 off Jan, £2 off Feb and £3 off March and in the GREEN booklet, not the orange one, there was a mistake written a while back that has confused people on this one, HTH

The No7 bags that my local boots had were in black bags with pics of lipsticks on the front. No extra vouchers unfortunately. But still good value for £1.50 per bag once the voucher is taken into account.

I can't get to Boots until tomorrow, if you haven't received any offers by then I'll have a look for you, pingua said there may be some left in the Boots I am going to.
