anyone know why this is when im still paying £15 a month?

no idea but i noticed this too. tried to downgrade to reward. 4 people said i couldnt then spoke to someone who said i could. still not showing up as reward though, still urca.

The fee used to be £12.50, went up to £15 in Aug/Sept I think so its probably showing the wrong amount for some silly reason.
If you're a BOS customer though, any upgrades/downgrades will be within their new product range, so you can't change from the URCA to the Reward as BOS don't offer Reward accounts now, it would be the likes of a Vantage account or one of the others on their site.
