boiler probs

I live in a housing asc property. Its gas central heating. its a baxi combi boiler aprox 10 years old.
I have had load of problems with it.
leaking, heating not working, no hot water, losing presure etc etc.
housing asc has sent enginers out on countless times most parts have been replaced, Im just starting to use the heating again now and guess what its leaking again!
Really fed up with it.
Have taken so many days hol from work already to be in when engineer comes. Its getting silly.
What could be wrong? Has it just come to the end, th engineers dont seem to have a clue.

Comments

  • Does it only leak when the heating is on? Do you get hot water OK? Is the leak from the underneath/left side of the boiler? If the answer is yes to all these questions then it's probably the diverter valve.
