How long to wait for final bill after switching?

Hi,

We are on standard tariff and pay quarterly with cash.

We switched from Npower to Eon with gas. I gave Eon the final reading on 28th September, and got a letter from them saying they had officially taken over our gas on the 30th.
The thing is we haven't had the final bill from npower yet. Should it have come by now or does it take a while?

If it should have come by now should I ring them? Although I won't have an account with them now.

Thanks,
Candy.

Scottish Power had me waiting around 6 weeks before they sent the cheque (about 2 weeks after the final bill).

For gas, 22-30 days while the two suppliers collaborate on the final reading.
