Prepayment - Electric & Gas

Just moved into a rental property with British Gas providing electric and gas on prepayment cards/keys.
Their website is slow and getting through to them on the phone is a bit of a mare, and when I did the person didn't know what the answer was to my question, so I thought I'd try here...
What I'd like to know is if there are peak or off-peak times for BG gas and electric? I work from home and will soon be on maternity leave so am trying to understand if I should be mindful of my usage during the day so we don't end up with extortionate costs!

You only have off peak if you have a 2 rate economy 7 meter/tariff on electricDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
