For people with a lot of overseas sales it might be worth considering selling on ebay.com as they have soem very cheap listing offers.
Today for instance list for 1 cent,

As far as I understand these cheap listings apply to all sellers, business and private (although worth checking and not taking my word for it). They also have free listings for all sellers with a monthly limit.
Just remember that you need to be careful to make sure that the buyers know you are in the UK- you cannot say it enough for the US market as they will start emailing asking where their item is after a few days. 'domestic' shipping will be that to the US and you will be paid in dollars, so best make it paypal only to avoid nasty US cheques and drafts.
