No I don't think it would be better. He couldn't afford to pay child support and live here alone the house. I don't want to claim tc but to claim hb as well when we have a good home here seems a waste of the tax payees purse IMO. plus I am buying him out of his share in 18 months or so so moving to move back seems pointless and would disrupt the children
I'm going to call tc later and discuss with them. I have nothing to hide so have nothing to loose by asking them what they think. If they aren't happy with the current situ I will have to continue working 60+ hours a week
