Booked concert tickets and paid delivery and now told I have to collect them

Hi,

Just wanted to know where I stand. I brought some concert tickets off viagogo (yesterday) and during the transaction it said delivery was £9.95 and then I had the booking fee's and VAT on top. I thought well I have no choice but to pay the £9.95 for delivery so was fine with paying for delivery. However today I get an email saying that I have to collect the tickets at the venue an hour before the concert starts. Am I entilted to a refund on the delivery charge?

    And if VAT was added AFTER the delivery charge, then they owe you £9.95 + VAT = £11.94. :)

    I have emailed the company asking for a refund on the delivery charge. (I did not think about VAT) Hopefully they will not make it awkard to get the money back. Will come back for more advice if they try and be funny about it. :)

    Same happened to me once (a London theatre, I think?) - & when I collected my tickets there was another envelope attached with the fees etc refunded, lovely.
