I thought I'd give everyone an update on this.
I phoned Hampshire trading standards / advice and they advised me that the clause 3.2 they quoted goes against my statutory rights as secured in the supply of goods and services act of 1982.
They then directed me to fill in a form on the directgov website, the third template letter, which I've done and sent it off registered mail to Mark Group.
I'll let you know what happens.0
