Wonder if he will morph like the companies do.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Hopefully he will be sent down and not given a "suspended" sentence or unpaid work to do0

Has anyone else noticed after news stories like this, that those who work for clamping companies, as well as PPC bosses seem to be afflicted by some serious personality disorder? I mean, in what other walk of life do you hear of such abuse from someone in a position of power aimed at members of the public? This mainly seems to happen when reading of clamping firms and debt collectors.0

You don't. It's the parking industry and those others that have captive customer basis. They're the scum of industry in the UK but because they have a captive customer base they think they're untouchable.
They'll rumble someone soon enough.. I heard of a police force going to town on a group of clubbers once. Cracked some bloke over the head with a baton who was walking out with his GF, not involved in any part of any groups rioting etc, just walking out innocently. Officer took a disliking to the bloke.. swack.
Down in custody they've got all the rioters and this innocent fella. Custody sargeant asks his details, gets to the occupation "Trainee Barrister" replies the man. I'm told the entire room went dead silent and you could hear a pin drop quite literally.
Needless to say he crucified them and when CCTV was reviewed he was found to be in the right. The plod got the sack and the bloke who was arrested got a massive payout.
Same will happen with these low-lifes. They'll upset the wrong person one day and then they'll be screwed. For some reason the captive customer industries seem to attract a lot of power hungry people. They're not all like it but a lot of them are.
The use of the word c*nt was frequent in my last job. They hated everyone for some reason yet relied on customers to make money. Where is the logic?0
