Little while ago my wife used the 3 month free voucher for Lovefilm and they started charging us twice - we've only just worked out that even though she signed in using her own acct and added the voucher on that , its somehow managed to re-activate an acct I had in my name before ScreenSelect merged with Lovefilm 
.
They then manager to copy about 2/3rds of the dvd rental list from my wife's acct on to the acct they had re-activated in my name..
On Saturday she cancelled the acct in my name and returned the three dvds it said where outstanding to get them back in time.
Logged in to today to check and they had cancelled her acct but not mine and mysteriously the 3 dvd's that where returned are now showing against her acct (they where on mine) and the three that where outstanding on hers are now on mine, strangely enough their wont be enough time to return them before the next charging period.
Are they taking the P**s or what ? :mad:

I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.

Yes almost certainly they are taking the mickey. Because they are Lovefilm and they have - through companies they run services for - got a large share of the market. For every person they upset another 5 sign up.
I wouldn't touch them with somebody else's bargepole!!!Don't grow up. Its a trap!
