I am on ESA having been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondalitis. They have agreed my benefits at the old incapacity rate so that is now sorted but I wondered if this would allow me any help with regards to mobility, such as help with car tax etc?:(

To get help with mobility you need to claim DLA. DLA Higher Rate Mobility would exempt you from car tax, but you would normally need to be unable or virtually unable to walk in order to qualify.0
