I'm looking into buying a hydraulic press so I can change wheel bearings and push suspension bushes in etc.
I've had a quick look round the net and it looks like I need to spend around £200 to get a decent 10 tonne unit.
For example:
Clarke £199 inc VAT http://www.machinemart.co.uk/product.asp?p=020410030&r=2054&g=107

Sealey £187 in sale http://www.expresstools.co.uk/ishop/692/shopscr2779.html

Draper £206 http://www.tooled-up.com/Product.asp?PID=17861

I'm wondering about a cheapier item, like this Valley tools press:

I've had a look on Ebay and the prices are in line, apart a series of chancers selling the Valley Tools items for around £80 + £20 P&P.
Happy chappy
