Help me choose a hotel in london!

Hi, I am looking for some advice! I am looking to book a weekend away in Feb (about the 23rd) and I am stuck between 3 hotels! and I wondered if anyone had had any experience good or bad with the hotels? 
hotels are: Riverbank Park Plaza, City Inn and Marriott County Hall hotel.
Also does anyone know of any good offers on any of these? cos that might sway me! as looking at a couple of hundred a night for each of these hotels

I went to the city inn in december and it was wonderful. By far the best hotel I have ever been in. The room had cd player, dvd player (but you had to bring your own cds and dvds).2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040
