Moneysupermarket cashback link not working?

Is anyone else having problems using
http://www.moneysupermarket.com/gas-and-electricity/moneysavingexpert/?source=MSE
namely the link to get £30 cashback by going via Moneysupermarket?
I've tried several times yesterday and today but no joy. :(
Thanks,
Jeddy

Thanks Antispam - knowing that made me try IE which seems to work fine. I guess Moneysupermarket either doesn't like firefox or I have some rogue setting in Firefox.

Very odd this, I tried IE and couldn't get past the enter your address stage.
Installed Chrome which worked fine and I managed to register hopefully with the £30 cashback offer.

I can't even get into the https://www.moneysupermarket.com website from firefox

I can see this is going to be one of lifes mysteries! Something for another forum anyway.

  • I hoped to get cash back via Quidco from Moneysupermarket for switching, & got this response from Quidco: "Response from Merchant. Declined - Merchant is no longer working with the affiliate network"

Hopefully that's not also the case with the MSE to Moneysupermarket deal.

I've just had a reply email re my July switch via MSE/Moneysupermarket link - they claim that I went direct thru Moneysupermarket so no £30 cash back!!!! I've replied to ask for them to check as I'm 95% sure I used the link altho' I recall some problems using Firefox for Moneysupermarket at the time.

Well I've at last had £30 credited to my a/c from Moneysupermarket which I can only imagine relates to this offer so I guess it did eventually work...

I also got a cheque for £30 back in December ...but only after further email exchanges with Moneysupermarket.
As an aside I still can't get Moneysupermarket site to work properly with Firefox - I have to use Chrome.
