On ESA got JSA claim letter. Confused!!

I had my second ESA medical a few weeks ago and so far have not received a result of that. This morning I received a letter from DWP with stating that I had applied for JSA online and they had been trying to contact me regarding this. I've not been answering my phone as I've been getting some dodgy calls of late so I can't confirm this.
Anyway, I'm a little confused about getting this letter as if my ESA medical has found me fit for work I've not been given any chance to appeal. As far as I can remember the benefit changes wouldn't be changing until April 2012 if I am correct. My memory ain't great so I could be wrong.
I have tried to cal the benefit processing office for my area but their lines are busy (when are they not?).
Has anyone else received a letter like this. And am I correct in thinking my ESA has been turned down?

Possibly, or someone could be putting a false claim on your name, or someones mistyped something on their system, endless possibilities.
Call as early as you can tomorrow and hopefully someone will have answers for you.0
