Very bunkbed please help!

I ordered a bunkbed from them, on unpacking I found that the headboard pieces (tongue and grove wood) had split so wouldn't even fit together, there is about 5 pieces like this. Also the bed guard from the top bunk has a split where there is a drilled hole.
I contacted Very and said about these pieces thinking they would probably ask for the bed to be all packed up and returned and they send me a replacement. On the phone he said he can get replacement parts sent to me, it will be urgent and what usually would take 10 days will take 2-3 days. so I said I will build the top bunk (it can be as 2 seperate beds) and my daughter can sleep in that, he said thats fine. 3 days later nothing received, so I call up and they said they haven't even ordered the parts! I was so disheartened as all the spare pieces of wood are under the made bed waiting to be made (the other bed is for my other daughter who is still in her old bed, so 2 bed plus lots of wood in their already small bedroom
) anyway.. I said please please order the parts, she said it is now ordered and will take 2-3 days as marked as urgent (same spiel) again... nothing received.. so I call again and said please what is going on! they said they needed to know which bed its for, I was exasperated by this point saying I gave the first man ALL the details of what it was for, even surprised he was so helpful etc.. obviously not as she said there was hardly any notes on the account. Anyway same promised from this person too saying 2-3 days marked as urgent .. but could take up to 10...then about 2 more days I got a call asking which bunk it was for!!!! .... arghh... so .. I say and then she said it will be coming soon...
The next day I call AGAIN to see what is going on to be told that it will be 21 days and a letter has just been sent to me!! That was on the 3rd of october.... So today I call again! literally don't know what to do! so .. the first lady we speak to puts us through to the 'customer enquiries' .. the woman was really rude! started calling my other half MUM?! she was laughing at him and being really rude! so he demands he goes through to someone else! .. so we get a 'helpful' person who is going to look into it!! Although she 'suggested' we go out and get the parts ourself from somewhere (errr.. where would we even start esp matching the colour!?) I am so upset its taking forever!... apparently we are getting a call from the parts department today at 1:30!!
we live in a 3 storey house so to get the bed upstairs in the first place we had to open the box and take the pieces out 1 by one and carry upstairs so would be a nightmare to do that again
In the meantime they charging us interest on a bed that we can't even use........ as we are what can I do where can I stand?!
