A good start would be to arrest senior bankers like Fred Goodwin and seize all their assets, preferably have sent out to a foreign prison to serve a life sentence..........let a message be sent out....

Isn't it amazing the government can arrest the recent "looters" and impose heavy prison sentence yet someone like Goodwin (and the rest) can loot you savings and pensions and gets nothing but several million a year as a reward for such catastrophic failure.

The "looters" collective entire takings are dwarfed by this particular looter and you are being laughed at ... btw he had a super injunction out....
