The way that scheme should work is you play 12 x direct debits. After the 12th dd is collected the computer works out the average dd paid over the years. ie £10 pm x 12 = £120.00 and on the 13th month £10 (120/12) is credited to customers account. the dd for the 13th mth is also collected as normal and that becomes the 1st payment towards the next rolling 12 mth period to qualify for next years loyalty bonus. it can be classed as a loyalty bonus because your monthlly directs are based on 12 pymts so in effect your getting one back after paying 12. hope this makes sense.0
