We Buy Any House???

Options
Hi There

I tried to sell last year with no luck (one viewing in 9 mths) and thinking of trying again just now as really want to sell up and move from our small flat to a 3/4 bed house. However it looks like a lot of the local flats which were up for sale last year are still for sale now, which shows ita going to be a slow or lucky process.

It looks like there are lots of places which apparently offer 90% of market value in 7 days and its all really easy.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience of these types of companies. I know the old saying if it sounds too good..........

But thought it was worth seeing if anyone had used such a company with any success?? My guess if they offer you 80%, hook you in, then chnage it to 70% and finally once your landed they change it to 60% before you realise it (but thats my cynical view)

Any experience of these companies would be great.

Cheers
Steve

Your cynical view is absolutely correct.

Questions like this pop up regularly and receive the same answer.

If you want to sell, price it to sell. If you want pain, heartache and much gnashing of teeth, go with this company.

    Correct.

Buyers of this nature can struggle to raise the funds to enable them to proceed with the purchase.

Yup. Upfront fee (admin? valuation? whatever) then you get offered 90% of..... their valuation.

    = about 60% market value.

Decline and lose your fee. Or accept.
