I applied for a rise credit card and got one through but changed my mind when i realised they charge £3.50 a month just for having it, even if it didnt have a balance.
I didn't call anyone to activate and was just going to destroy it but now they have started reporting to my credit report.
What do i do> x

Call them to cancel the account and pay the balance off. You agreed to the T&C when applying for the card.0

Activation is for the card itself, not the account. The account was opened and active the second they approved your application, they don't wait until you activate your card...Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48
