lazer urbanize helmet

hi all.just bought a lazer urbanize helmet from amazon,it's arrived but doesn't have any built in lights? is this right,it does have a red dial on the top with a cardboard sign on it saying turn me on.
all advise much appreciated

The lights are optional. The one with the lights is Urbanize N'Light.

thank you for that,must be my mistake thinking they come as standard.need to find the lights now
