cheapest and best memory

Does anyone know where to get the cheapest and best ( for the price ) internal pc memory. I am looking for:-
pc2100 ddr sdram
512mb
non ecc
unbuffered

go for pc3200 as it will work as pc2100 if needed but will save you buying more when you upgrade.a few pounds saved now against £40 buying memory in the future.

But all computers have now moved onto ddrII so it probably won't be usuable in the future.

dependent on mobo and any bios upgrades needed IF it dosent support it already.

Surely 3200 will run in a mobo that does not support it, but just run at the lower speed of the motherboard.
