Cor blimey that was quick.
as you might know did BR yesterday morning. Had OR interview on phone at 4pm today when my OH got in from work he had rung and asked him to ring back save him taking time off work tomorrow morning to do it!
gonna send 3 forms out in post to fill in and thats it?
Don't quite know about our car yet as he said not interested if it less than £3000 on parkers (I put £2200 on form which was from paper and ebay) which it is at worst price on there (but not at dealers price?) so not quite sure about that guess we ll have to wait to see if we hear anything about that?
Just went through our debts, basically just went through the form from the court rechecking the info. Asked us to send any letters to him that weren't from the actual companies (ie debt collectors) in with the forms, gave us a number in case we had any problems. thank you goodbye??!
Is that it done? Can't be? its actually worried me it was so quick? whats gonna go wrong now?

That is the initial part over then. They will now take time to investigate all the info they have and may get in touch every now and then if there is a query.
Re the car. The price they will work on is that of an auction house. Their figures also take into account the fact that they have to instruct a collection agent and pay them too.1/11/06 -1/06/07 BSC #42

You will get some forms in the post in the next day or two which may ask for some of this info but all your creditors details will be on the original petition so the OR can easily get the info from source.
