Arcadia/Santander ppi

Hi All
Hoping you can help if possible... Santander are not allowing the ppi reclaim as it was signed before January 2005. I am a little confused if i can claim this back through arcadia instead for my burton store card ppi?

if mean complain about PPI mis-sale, then complain to who sold it to you.

Thank you Roonaldo, so do you advise i go back to arcadia to claim? I was told that Arcadia were not part of the FSA?

Magpie, my question was not answered? I had asked how i go about re-claiming from Arcadia?
