can someone explain how the JTD works? is it purely getting the difference back if the shopping is cheaper at Asda?

I am sure I am missing something!

    Thanks very much : )

That's exactly it, yes. The reason this is good is because they don't take into account the 25% so you're basically getting the wine at ASDA price minus 25%.
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

Hi can someone advise. If i buy 6 meal deals at £60, and the bottles of wine are £10 each before the meal deal kicks in, does that mean I get another 25% off the £10, so I get another £15 off the meal deal price, does that make sense??
Cant see that the 25% shows online, but assume it comes off at checkout??

do i have to select 6 bottles of the same to qualify for 25% off?

    Thanks Karen.

Yes that's correct. You get 6 meal deals for £45. Even better if the wine compares and is cheaper at ASDA but none do at present.

A helpful 'wine man' told me it finishes tomorrow - and apologised that many of the mosy popular lines had just about sold out.

If shelves are empty of decent offers on Sunday, remember you can ask for a raincheck voucher -

. . . . this allows you to get the offer price when the product is in stock again, you should request this at the c.s desk.

If they don't know about the raincheck vouchers ask to to request one from the on duty manager (who should know about them).

I asked for one of those once (last year iirc) and they said they no longer do them, even the store manager said the same. I phoned HO when I got home and they also confirmed that they no longer do them.
