E-mail Address needed

I would be very grateful if anyone knows the e-mail address for Paul Varley,he is the Managing Director of Carillion Energy Services formerly Eaga.I had work done in my home via the Warmfront Grants and it has not been completed.I tried the C.E.O addresses from this website but Carillion is not listed. On the Carillion website it is only giving the switchboard number, but I really need to e-mail the Managing Director because the Customer Services are saying I am not entitled to a grant because the government has changed the criteria this year and I dont qualify now,but this grant was applied for and accepted last year, they have already put a radiator in and were supposed to be draught proofing two outside doors and put a room thermostat in,so they have obviously been paid for the job but have not completed it.Grateful for any advice.Thank you.

I would write him an old fashioned letter if you know where his headoffice is.
Eaga last year where 01482-498100, or try 498115 and ask to be put through."if the state cannot find within itself a place for those who peacefully refuse to worship at its temples, then it’s the state that’s become extreme".Revd Dr Giles Fraser on Radio 4 20170 -
Thank you ljonski, think I will have to,just seems easier to e-mail.This has gone on for ages and Customer Services were not at all helpful, they even said "I cant give you the Managing Directors name, its nothing to do with him",this was from the Warm Front team who were contracted to do the work and have only done one part of it.Thanks anyway for your reply.0

Yes - themrs - you can't beat a good old fashioned letter.
Send it recorded delivery, so that you will have proof of postage and delivery.
Send it to the MD himself, although I'm sure his PA will open it on his behalf before passing it through to him.
If this doesn't work, then you will need to go to Trading Standards, if you have paid for work that hasn't been complete and lodge a formal complaint against the company.

Thank you to againstjpc I have decide to write to them and send it recorded delivery and hopefully it will get sorted out.
The work was done through the grant scheme so I havent had to pay out for it,but only part of the work has been completed,so Eaga which is now Carillion have obviously claimed for the work being completed when it has not. Thanks for your help it is much appreciated.0 -

well done you!!!!
I used to work for Eaga and they are not as reliable as you would hope them to be and getting problems resolved was a nightmare as I found them to have very poor internal communication... as a surveyor I was telling people that they were eligible for a grant and telling reccomending the work needed, we were as surveyors were led to believe that the grants would cover all the work as we had our own contractors and kept the costs low etc.. however this was not the case and people were being billed for work 'not covered by the grant'
so well done for getting things sorted out with them0
