Glasses Experts Order Problem

Hi All,
I've had a bit of a problem with a company called glassesexperts.co.uk. I sent in a pair of Ray-Ban frames to be re-glazed over two weeks ago. I paid for the service and sent my new frames recorded. The company signed for them on 10/10/11, however, I e-mailed them this past Thursday to see what was taking them so long to complete the order and they said that they hadn't received my frames. I contacted Royal Mail to make sure that they had arrived safely, and they confirmed that they had. I've been trying to contact Glasses Experts to see if they can offer any help, but they just keep asking for the tracking number used by Royal Mail, but I've already told them this number multiple times. I'm not sure what to do now, the frames I sent them are worth over £120 and they are brand new, the prescription I paid for cost £33. Their website says that they will not reimburse anything for more than £100 and and reimbursement must be due to their negligence. Can I demand that they pay at least £100 frames and refund the prescription? If so, what is the time frame in which I can submit a complaint? I appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks everyone!
