Hi!
I have a credit card with my bank (HSBC) that I don't use at all and when I do I pay it off at the end of the month.
My wife is looking to start a shop and I read on here that it's better to get a credit card with, for example, 15 months @0%. My question is: should I cancel my existing card to be more likely to get a higher credit limit on the new card or will it not make any difference? My wife isn't as high an earner as me so I thought it best that I get one.
Cheers,
Matthew
