Newham PCN Follow Up

Hi,

I need help. I was unloading some furniture for a friend and I parked on a dropped curb. I was gone only 5-10 min and by the time I got back I was issued a ticket.

On the ticket it satated the CEO waited for 1 minute before issuing PCN.

I then sent an appeal in and got the person who I was delivering furniture to, to sign a letter stating that there was no parking on the road and that I did deliver furniture etc.

I have attached scans of PCN letters and Pictures:

How do I upload images or send links so you can see scanned copies of PCN?

Any help greatly appreciated.

As a newbie on MSE you can only post broken links (i.e. remove the http prefix).

But TBH the advice you will be given will be to post a new topic with your pictures on pepipoo forums, as that's a specialist forum with the expertise you need:

Most people get off most Council PCNs when they post on there. See their FAQs 'how to post pictures' whilst you are waiting to get clearance to post. On pepipoo you can post pictures straight away in your thread.

Host on tinypic, take the url for forums, post it into here and remove the http bit. When you have done that also post the same onto pepipoo.com doing the same except you can leave the http on.

I couldn't view those - I converted the link but then still could not see the pics.

And they have not been hosted as per the 'how to post pictures' FAQs on pepipoo so you would struggle to get answers there as well if you posted yousendit links. Can't see you have started a new thread there yet but when you do, read the FAQs first so your thread shows the pics direct. Read some other threads on there to see how they prefer pics to be displayed.

Pepipoo is the forum that may get you off this PCN.
