I think this is a really basic thing that I should know but unfortunately I'm not very techno-savvy and I can't work out how to save an e-mail so I can attach it to another document. I'm using Yahoo Classic mail if that helps. I'd be grateful if someone could help me out. Thanks.

When you say "save an email", what are you actually wanting to do?

This normally isn't possible with web based mail like Yahoo. Are you wanting to embed an email into a document?
  • I don't know if you know what Maximiles is, it's like a cashback site. They have asked me to attach e-mails I have received after taking up some of their offers to their query form. They basically want proof I took up the offers before they credit me with the points. Thanks for your help.

"Forward" the previous e-mails to them.

This typically generates a new e-mail, with the previous one (the one you're forwarding) included/attached below whatever you type as the new e-mail.
  • Thank you Googler. I can forward e-mails, but they have a form on their website and they have asked me to attach the e-mails to that. I will see if I can get an e-mail address though.
