• The Postal Preference Service, Shakespeare House, 168 Lavender Hill, London, SW11 5TF
• The Association of Household Distributors, 36 Frogmore Street, Tring, HP23 5AU and ask for your name to be removed from mailing lists
• Send unopened, unsolicited mail back unstamped, marked "Unsolicited mail - please return to sender"

To stop unsolicited, unaddressed mail (addressed to occupier or householder etc) that is delivered by Royal Mail (your postie) you can write to:
