To be removed from most Junk Mail mailing lists contact:- The Mailing Preference Service, FREEPOST 22, London W1E 7EZ;
- The Postal Preference Service, Shakespeare House, 168 Lavender Hill, London, SW11 5TF
- The Association of Household Distributors, 36 Frogmore Street, Tring, HP23 5AU and ask for your name to be removed from mailing lists
- Send unopened, unsolicited mail back unstamped, marked "Unsolicited mail - please return to sender"
