Hi
I ordered the Gelert folding shovel from Amazon in August, after seeing it mentioned here.
Still waiting for delivery, dispatch dates keep being extended, now due mid November. What on earth is causing the delay? Snow is bound to come soon. Good point is that it hasn't been charged yet.
Are other people still waiting?

Looks like no one else has ordered a Gelert folding shovel from Amazon.
Have you asked Amazon what's causing the delay? Something tells me they're more likely to know than we are...

Asda note says waiting for supplies. I've noted some people mentioned still waiting in previous posts, but none recently.
Offer was very popular in August as price of £3.97 was lower than anywhere else.0 -
I'm still waiting and I ordered at £3.97 on 10 August. Amazon advise 7 - 17 November. Not too bothered at moment as snow doesn't usually reach these parts till January but if it hasn't come by December I might become a bit less tolerant! :snow_laug“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0

New expected date is now mid December so I've cancelled. The way Amazon keep extending their delivery it'll probably be mid summer before it arrives and not a lot of call for a snow shovel then!

I ordered one of those around the start of august, from memory it arrived about a week or so back.0

Had an e-mail with the new extended date in December. I'm giving them one more chance before I cancel.0

more than likely stuck on a container ship from China.
It does take between 12-16 weeks to get stock by ship from China. They go all around the world first dropping off containers everywhere.
It might have also missed the ship and had to wait for another ship to come into port. China isn't 5 minutes away0 -

Well, it arrived this morning, along with the first snow of the winter. Luckily this was only a light shower that has almost melted now.0
