Radio Times until next year. Get 12 issues £1

Well, the £1 has been debited from my a/c, so now's time to cancel. I used this email address last year radio.times@servicehelpline.co.uk - does anyone know if this is still the address to use?

The one I used to cancel was bbc@servicehelpline.co.uk
I emailed them 2 weeks ago and they confirmed the subscription would end at the end of the current term (on 28th Dec).

I've received my Christmas issue, but they still haven't taken any money from my account :eek:

The email said to make sure I cancel with my bank also, but how can I cancel the DD if it hasn't been set up yet?!

Mine was due out on the 11th November!

Mine was due out on 19/11/11 and finally can see BBC DD set up in my bank account details online. Will wait till Jan 12 before cancelling and hopefully £1 will go through shortly.;)

When you were taking out the subscription there would have been a message on screen stating which issue you would begin with.

Other than that i don't know, sorry.
