Cordless Mouse Issue

Hi All,

I'm having problems getting my cordless mouse to operate on my laptop. When I use the Logitech system to connect it, it works for a brief period of time and then it stops - any suggestions?

Is it a new one or are the batteries going?
I gave up on my logitech one as the batteries seemed to run down really quickly and I was always losing the connection.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I've only had it 7 days, it worked perfectly the first 6 days.

Like previous poster said, try a new battery. If the mouse worked fine and you didn't alter any of the software or bump your laptop then it could be more of a minor case of battery re change needed.
Better to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot.

Then obviously the mouse is at fault. No way should a brand new mouse run out of battery after 6 days. SOGA entiltles you to a full refund or a replacement. Take/send it back from whence it came.

    Look here

Why a cordless mouse on a laptop? Which by definition is within arm's length. Using a cordless mouse is silly and yet another thing to go wrong.

I have two of these, the one on the desktop is many years old and the one in the laptop is only two. No batteries, no installation, just plug and play.
