  • Morning All,

well I didn't get around to posting last night but yesterday the living room and dining room did get their half term sort out and clean. Shoes got sorted away, bags emptied and running repairs done on the vacuum twice with packing tape.

Really pleased with progress and will get on with the bedroom as soon as the cat gets off my lap - honest.

    Best wishes

    P

piggers thank you for doing this thread for such a long time. My house and family have been retrained by you. Instead of cleaning being on an ad hoc basis it is done routinely now and we have all benefited from it in this household.

Thank you too to all those who have volunteered. I don't get on here often enough at the moment to offer and I also have times when I can't even type :( or I would offer too.

Yesterday I had a day off and today's plan is to sort out the shed so it is possible to get into it. I am the official tea maker and supervisor. When I have my breaks I will be sorting out our bedroom, putting Winter bedding on etc.

  • Almost got the bedroom done. Just waiting for DH with his superior vacuum tinkering skills to fix the vacuum. My efforts with packing tape yesterday didn't cut the mustard.

Right I have given DD some calpol she's been up all night last night again with fever. I will do DS meds next cause I'll need to wake him. Then I'll get an HH everyone dressed to go to the hospital then I hould have time for a quick tidy around. Must phone the joiner at some point today to see if he's gonna be able to get me new doors or if they will have to be made.
