Any help with going back to work

Hi, i have been on benefits for 7weeks have found a job but am really worried im not going to be bale to accept as there seems to be no help unless youve been on it 26 weeks. can i refuse a job if im to be worse off, i dont get paid for 6 weeks but i really want this job or can the jobcentre help even though its only 7 weeks any help id be really greatful

I believe that those in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance that reject the offer of employment without a good cause run the risk of being sanctioned with their JSA.
