You don't need to list your references on your CV. You can put the phrase references available on request but that is not necessary as it is assumed, it would be more noteworthy if you could not provide references on request, but don't put that either! The prospective employer will request references when they need them. At that stage I would include your current employer but request they are not contacted until a job offer has been made, which is understandable and normal.
