Telewest Complaint

Need a little help again!

I wish to make a formal complaint to Telewest regarding a few things, including Broadband and Staff.

Now I have used the normal 150 and spoken with customer care, who advise your complaint is logged but nothing ever happens.

I now wish to take it to the next level, Who should I write too? I need a name or address of some importance.

Good Luck. Awful Company. Terrible Customer Service - never fulfill promises. Customer service staff promise lots to console you but NEVER do as they say.
